Marge Bates will take you on a trip to Burma and Myanmar without crossing a border. Visit Yangon and Mandalay, Buddist temples, and the World Heritage Site. Spend time in the country that inspired George Orwell to write "Animal Farm." Find out who Aung Son Sue Kyi is and why she is important to the Burmese and to the world. Learn how the Burmese people survive their current military controlled government. Refreshments will be served.
