If you thought the only place to grow healthy crops was in black dirt, come and learn how to plant a wide variety of vegetables, root crops, or beautiful flower gardens, directly into your "conditioned" straw bales. You will learn how to grow a bountiful garden without using herbicides, insecticides, or fungicides, and without weeding. You will never do the "heavy lifting" or bending required with normal soil-based gardens again. Learn this revolutionary and easy gardening method from Joel Karsten, the author of "Straw Bale Gardens", and learn to garden without ever lifting a shovel or breaking a sweat.
Funded by Minnesota's Arts & Cultural Heritage Fund.
