A collaboration of artists Sam Johnson & Justin Quinn. This exhibit combines the two- and three-dimensional workings of these two nationally established artists who have studios in the St. Cloud area. Johnson and Quinn aim to create bodies of work that bring viewers to the edge of meaning. Using traditional and non-traditional uses of clay and paper, the artists suggest aspects of our nature that is just on the other side of consciousness. This is the first time that Johnson and Quinn have exhibited together

Sam is a potter and Associate Professor of Art at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University. http://www.samuel-johnson.com/

Justin is an Associate Professor of Art Printmaking at St. Cloud State University and explores ideas of visual and perceptual space through the use of letterforms. http://www.justinquinn.info/
