Complexions Contemporary Ballet delivers exciting, genre-defying performances that transcend traditions and blur the boundaries between ballet and contemporary dance.

Founded by Dwight Rhoden and Desmond Richardson, both alumni of Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, Complexions is known for its athletic, push-it-to-the-max style, employing choreography that delights audiences while keeping them on their toes. This company celebrates differences – different cultures, different genres, different ideas - which is the inspiration for their varied and exciting repertoire. Complexions has performed on stages around the world, as well as on the hit TV show “So You Think You Can Dance” – don’t miss this chance to see this renowned company perform live!

“Cross-cultural ballet with attitude . . .wearing toe shoes has never looked like so much fun.” - Washington Post
