    The St. Cloud State Wind Ensemble and Campus Band invite the St. Cloud community to join them for a program entitled “I love heart
    Heart NY” on Thursday, March 2 at 7:30 PM in Ritsche Auditorium. Admission is free but free will donations will be accepted.

    Members of the St. Cloud State Wind Ensemble will be performing in Carnegie Hall and touring New York City from March 19-22. They are participating in an event called the New York Invitational Music Festival for high school and college concert bands. Music on their program includes music by Michael Daugherty, John Barnes Chance, Minnesota composer Aaron Perrine and others. The Campus Band will be playing a variety of music for concert band including a march by John Klohr and Cajun Folk Songs by Frank Ticheli.

    The St. Cloud State Wind Ensemble is a select group of 40 performers, mostly St. Cloud State University music majors led by conductor Catharine Bushman. The SCSU Campus Band is comprised of about 20 musicians from all over campus and in the St. Cloud Community. Please call (320) 308-3223 for more information.
