Reynold Philipsek with Matt Senjem

Guitarist Reynold Philipsek is a prolific composer with a very wide range of styles and influences: gypsy, bebop, and straight-ahead jazz; the Great American Songbook; Nuevo Tango; 20th century classical; even a dash of rock. Matt Senjem is a wide-spectrum jazz bassist (he was here with the Mill City Hot Club a few weeks back) who often plays with Reynold in band settings as well as at duo gigs like tonight’s. And Reynold says, “I will give a free copy of my new CD, ‘Picture This,’ to the first 20 paid admissions and the CD will be on sale for special price that night of $10.00.” Do we need to twist your arms?
