Great River Educational Arts Theatre

GREAT nurtures an appreciation of the arts throughout central Minnesota by offering diverse, creative, and educational opportunities that will serve to educate, enlighten, and stimulate individuals and communities. We strive to make live theatre a vital part of the lives of the young people and their families in central Minnesota.
- The Great River Educational Arts Theatre, a non-profit 501c3 organization, was founded in 1998 and is currently the only theater dedicated to children and their families in central Minnesota.
- GREAT has produced 114 shows including 5 World Premiere productions during our 13 year history.
- GREAT produces productions at the Historic Paramount Theatre, located in downtown St. Cloud and this year we introduce a new partnership with the CSB/SJU Fine Arts Series.
- Last year, 18,054 students from all over central Minnesota attended one of the GREAT specially-priced school matinee performances.
- GREAT placed third two festivals running in the Minnesota Association of Community Theatre's Play Festival and has won numerous awards for directing, acting, and musical talent.
- GREAT is a non-profit, community theatre providing 1000+ youth the opportunity to perform through productions and theatre classes each year.
- GREAT is a proud member of United Arts of Central Minnesota, which provides general operating support to eight central Minnesota arts organizations.

	Tell-a-friend CSB/SJU Fine Arts Series The mission of the Fine Arts Series at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University is to provide a wealth of creativity and art that makes life in Central Minnesota even richer. We curate a series of performing and visual arts events that bring the finest in regional and national artists to our community for performances, exhibits, lectures and community workshops.
	Tell-a-friend St. Cloud State University Music Department The Department of Music prepares students for careers in music and offers diverse musical experiences to all, enriching the musical fabric of our university and community, regionally and globally. We accomplish this through a nationally accredited curriculum that emphasizes creativity, individual student learning and vibrant performance opportunities fostered by highly experienced and accessible faculty.
	Tell-a-friend St. Cloud Symphony Orchestra The goals of the St. Cloud Symphony Orchestra are three-fold: present high-quality performances of music, offer music education programming in our community and support musicians.
	Tell-a-friend St. Cloud Downtown Alliance Foundation The St. Cloud Downtown Alliance Foundation is a 501(c)(3)non-profit organization whose purpose is to promote the historic preservation, protection, and use of St. Cloud's downtown area therby improving the quality of life for people in the surrounding neighborhoods and the Greater St. Cloud Area; to enhance and strengthen the cultural, commercial,educational,charitable, and community infrastructure of St. Cloud's downtown area and thereby contribute to the area's community betterment while lessening the burdens of St. Cloud's government;to disseminate information of and promote interest in the preservation, history, culture, architecture, and public use of St. Cloud's Downtown area; to solicit, receive and administer…
