The popular music series, Stripped Down with George Maurer, continues on Sunday, May 6 with an evening of music and conversation as George welcomes Special Guest: Ted Manderfeld
Ted Manderfeld got his start in the hugely popular Deuces Wild Dueling Piano show by walking out of his day-job and demanding an audition. Although he hadn’t previously played in a dueling piano style show, his amazing showmanship and obvious ability to perform as a world class entertainer blew away the competition! Since then he has played thousands of dueling piano shows with performances all over the country!
When not on the road with DWDP, Ted spends his time as a producer of sold out shows, including the Billy Joel and Elton John tribute show “Eye 2 Eye,” and the ever popular annual “Rock n Roll Xmas Spectacular,” which he co-produces with former Jonny Lang guitarist Paul Diethelm.

There is metered street parking and metered lots near our location on 5th Ave, and next to House of Pizza restaurant. Meters are monitored until 6pm Mon-Fri and FREE on Sat and Sun. There are also two Parking Ramps: one connected to the Courtyard by Marriott and also one across the street behind Herberger’s Department Store. Click here for an arial map of the area. **PARKING UPDATE** There is NO PARKING on either side of 5th Avenue between West St. Germain and 1st Street S AFTER 8pm on Thursday’s, Friday’s and Saturday’s. This is a new rule so watch for signage. Most vehicles are towed promptly at 8pm. Please be aware and if you have questions, ask a bartender for more information.
