Students learn traditional West African music on authentic African instruments like djembes, dundun, kpanlogo drums, gourd xylophones, bells, and shakers. In addition, students learn about the art and cultures of West Africa by discussing the similarities and differences of lifestyle and music, playing real African children’s music games, and singing songs in West African languages.
