ArtSoup the Free Family Friendly Art Festival is going to be held in downtown Elk River on Saturday, June 27th 2015. This is the 10th year anniversary of ArtSoup! It is going to be bigger and better than ever.
Join your friends and family downtown for a fun filled day of live music, puppetry, a poetry slam, a film contest, artists booths, community arts tent, authors reading and signing their books, participatory art demonstrations and more.
