The first 500 adults recive a commemorative 2019 Oktoberfest mug with their paid admission.

The Delano Oktoberfest is in its third year & getting better than ever!
The 2018 event hosted to over 3000 people of all ages, 2019 brings some tasty additions & more family fun.
New in 2019;
The big stage. Expanded Oktoberfest Markt. The famous St.Peter Lutheran(home of the German Maifest) German Schnitzel will be cooked up fresh on the spot, there will be a limited amount prepared so don\’t wait until the end of the day.
Pretzels, St. Peter\’s homemade apfelstrudel, popcorn & authentic German fare by Deutschland Meats food truck will also be offered. Lupine Brewing Co.Oktoberfest beer as well as many of their other tasty brews will be on hand for drinking & Prosting with your friends.
Non beer drinkers do not despair wine & cider by Milliner Heritage Vineyard(Kimball MN) & a selection of Cutwater cocktails will also be offered along with pop & water.
There will be a main stage featuring The Bavarian Musikmeisters, The Wendinger Band, The Brass Barn Polka Band, & S. G. Edelweiss Schuhplattlers. Go to

The Infamous Accordionist Dale Grove will be performing inside Lupine Brewing Co. from 7pm-11pm leading Oktoberfest revelers in lusty sing alongs & hearty German toasts. Prost!
There will also be an extensive FREE kinderspiel(kids play) area featuring bounce houses, games of skill & excitement with Oktoberfest prizes upon completion of your Spielkarten.
At 7pm the Kinderspiel area will shut down leaving the adults to continue the revelry with Prosting, sining, dancing & random bier games!
Sauerpower Kraut Kontest from 2pm-4pm, public sampling & voting $1.00/person.
Submit your best sauerkraut or pickled red cabbage for sampling & judging, $5.00 entry fee per item.
Entries & fee must be received by judges by 1:30 pm. Bring entries to the white tent on the River Front between 1pm & 1:30 pm, no pre registration necessary.
Winner will be announced & prize money will be awarded at 4:30pm on the main stage.
A special J. Carver Distilling Co(Waconia MN)/Lupine Brewing Co. Gin Barrel Aged Oktoberfest keg will be blessed & tapped in the old tradition on the river front @ 7pm.
After the blessing & taping enjoy samples of some of J. carver Distilling\’s premium offerings.
The \”Kaiser\’s\” Canon will fire celebratory rounds at random times just as int he old days!
