If we look closer, every day, there are fantastical occurrences. Moments where surreal beauty is happening in our daily lives. The sun reflecting off a vase and casting a multicolored shadow. The opening at the base of tree to a home of an animal. I love to create paintings that meet someplace between surreal and real. Where fantastical meets ordinary. All of my paintings are constructed with intention and metaphors. I have my own interpretation, but it is not the only perspective. What do you see?
