This classic musical set in New York in the 1890s, spins the tale of Mrs. Dolly Levi, widow and notable matchmaker, as she concocts her plan to persuade rich widower Horace Vandegelder of Younkers to propose to her. Along the way, she plays cupid to virtually everyone connected to him.
