We are excited to offer virtual art lessons for everyone ages 7 to 107! For your convenience and safety watch from your home right on your computer, tablet, or phone… just click play for your art adventure to begin!
Every class will include simple step-by-step video and written instructions for you to follow at your own pace, new techniques and skills that you can use for this project and with other projects of your own design, a little art history, and a lot of fun! You are welcome to purchase a materials kit (available through curbside pick-up at the Paramount Center for the Arts) or use materials you have at your home. Create beautiful and unique cards of your own design, using all sorts of materials from our kits and from around your home! Paige takes us step by step through a crash course in watercolor painting basics, exploring a little bit of color mixing and terminology, creative places to look for recycling materials from around your home (from markers to old maps and sheet music, Paige helps you create with it all!), and shares a great variety of ideas for themes to get you started! Your kit includes everything you need to create and share three cards, along with materials and techniques that you can use to make many, many more cards and other projects too! Your friends and family will absolutely love to receive these beautiful works of art in the mail, and what a fun way to show someone special that you are thinking of them!
