A concert to honor our 50th season & our founder Phil Welter, featuring all Minnesota composers, as well as a newly commissioned work by Noah Braun and a pre-concert talk by Miss Minnesota Rachel Evangelisto! We will be sharing our fond memories from the past 50 seasons, as well as taking time to honor Phil Welter & the influence he had on choral music in Minnesota and beyond.

Pre-concert talk by Miss Minnesota – Rachel Evangelisto – about her life growing up as a Native American in Minnesota. This ties in with our commissioned work as the poem is a Native American poet called “Give-Away Song.”
