Saint John's Prep 10-Day Fitness Challenge
Join the fun by completing a total of five hours of any physical activity from Wednesday, July 8th through Friday, July 17th – that’s just 30 minutes per day for ten days!
You are invited to participate in the Saint John’s Prep Summer 2020 Fitness Challenge!
Here’s what we suggest:
– Follow all COVID-19 guidelines for your local area and make sure to exercise in a safe place.
– Keep track of your activities and times between July 8-17. You do not have to exercise every day; just try to complete your five hours within the time frame.
