Storm Drain Mural Project | The City of St. Cloud

The City of St. Cloud’s Storm Drain Art Program integrates art into developing meaningful environmental messages about storm water pollution prevention awareness. Our goal is to work with the community to create unique designs that showcase illustrate the personality of the neighborhood where the art is located, while educating about the importance of being good water stewards. The artist will work with City staff and community partners to implement the strorm drain art public art project. Designs and text must focus on stormwater pollution awareness, water resources, environmental stewardship, water connectivity (e.g. Mississippi River), clean drinking water, or the Adopt-a-Storm Drain program.
