Through music and word, this program offers peace, comfort and hope to those who have suffered loss of a loved one and to those who live fully in the promises of God’s grace. Candles, names in remembrance, hymns and the finest choral literature all serve to shape this experience. The program includes An den Wassern zu Babel by Arvo Pärt, Psalm 23 by Jan Bender, Fest und Gedenksprücheby Johannes Brahms, and two works by Kim André Arnesen – Even When He is Silent and There We Shall Rest.
