Tim Fast could be a character in one of the gems-of-a-song he writes and sings, a catalog of great original songs that have touched audiences from coast to coast and all the way from his native Minnesota down to the Texas Gulf Coast. Cliff Eberhardt and James Keelaghan think he’s cool, and so do we.

Charlie Roth’s songbag blends Americana, Folk, Blues, Country, and Celtic. What he is best at is telling a story, backed by his acoustic guitar, rack harmonica, and foot percussion. He has recorded with Sam Bush, Michael Bland, and Bruce McCabe, and his fifth album, “Broken Ground,” placed in the top ten on the Euro Americana charts.

St. Paul-based Dan Rumsey is a bluesy-folksie kinda guy who, according to Sing Out! magazine, “would have felt right at home in the 1960s folk-blues scene. He is a raw, enthusiastic yet spry bluesman. He wears influences like Lead Belly, Woody Guthrie and Merle Travis openly on his sleeve.”
