Continuing the campus tradition created by Brad, Felip has been the curator of the International Film Festival since 2001. Students, members of SCSU, as well as members of the St. Cloud Community have the opportunity to vote for their favorite films, directors, and actors. This festival without a doubt contributes to the necessary appreciation of new artistic and multicultural expression.
