For over 15 years FSU has been one of Minnesota’s favorite wedding and party bands. Nine members strong, the band brings high energy and passion – mixed with top flight musicians across multiple genres to the stage. Growing up in a musical family, Mitch’s taste for country music was high on his mind. From Singing tunes “Little Bitty” and “Hey Good Looking” when he was a lad, ’til today where he has performed with some great musicians and friends along the way. With touring over 14 states over the past 11 years, writing music, and learning every day from everyone around him he wouldn’t trade it for anything. Mitch has had some of the best influences including his father (whom still plays today) and brother that got him all started with this crazy life. Mitch feeds off of many artists for inspiration such as the greats of Waylon and Merle to bands as the Turnpike Troubadours, Alan Jackson, Aaron Watson and more.
