The festival is from 11:00am-5:00pm.
Millstream Arts Festival is an outdoor juried art show held on the last Sunday in September on Main Street
in downtown St. Joseph, Minnesota. It is a festive environment with a wide variety of visual arts,
literature and poetry, music, dance, enticing foods, hands-on art activities for children, and much more!
Millstream is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting visual and performing arts.
