Artist Heidi Jeub features new works with the rural context in mind!
The rurality of now, is really about relationships, isolation, and new forms of engagement.
This exhibit will feature new works with the rural context in mind, as I am often creating work in isolation. I will use this experience to examine how art making can shift when the influence on the work is more internal than external.
A daytime artist talk for Little Falls artist, Heidi Jeub, on February 21, 2020 at 2pm at the Paramount’s Gallery Le St. Germain in downtown St. Cloud. Jeub will speak about her paintings and research around the current exhibit, “Remote: An Abstract Response to Rural Flight.”
The exhibit runs from January 8 – February 22, 2020 at the Gallery St. Germaine across from the Paramount theater. Please join me for the reception, with a post-party somewhere down the street, I’m sure.
