MontiArts is issuing an RFP (request for proposals) for a major public sculpture to be installed at East Bridge Park, Monticello MN this summer/fall.  THIS IS A BIG COMMISSION sponsored by the Monticello Lions with a grant from the Central MN Arts Board.
