In the Steps to Healthier Living workshop, you will learn about key self-management skills such as problem solving, decision making, and goal setting, exercise, healthy eating, managing pain, communication strategies, dealing with emotions, mindfulness, and the mind-body connection. This workshop might be for you if you have pre-diabetes, high blood pressure, depression, hypertension, cancer, or any other health condition you would like to manage better! This workshop will be given through a telephone/tool kit.
