Alasdair Fraser, one of Scotland’s premier fiddle ambassadors, and the exceptionally talented cellist Natalie Haas share the stage with the full CSB/SJU Orchestra. In traditional Scottish music, the fiddle and the cello were the foundation of the dance band, with the cello providing the rhythmic heart to the fiddle’s energy. Together, Alasdair and Natalie have been on a journey through haunting melodies, lilting tunes and soulful explorations of the full range of Celtic music.
