Open Call | Grant Application Reviewers

Open Call | Grant Application Reviewers

Presented by Minnesota State Arts Board at Online/Virtual Space

The Minnesota State Arts Board seeks volunteers to review grant applications remotely, serving a four-week term during July 2022-February 2023. Your involvement is vital to ensure that all Minnesotans have the opportunity to participate in and benefit from the arts.

As a reviewer, you’ll get a front row seat to all the creative work that’s happening around the state and receive a modest financial stipend for your time providing feedback on applications.

Contribute your perspectives remotely! The insights reviewers bring are the vital foundation for the Arts Board’s grant decisions each year.

Select reviewers must:

• be a Minnesota resident; and
• have a background in at least one art form, artistic tradition, or arts administration; or
• have knowledge of or experience with nonprofit organizations; and
• have access to a computer with internet and intermediate computer skills; and
• participate in a virtual full-day panel meeting discussion; and
• commit to 30 hours.

Please note that the Arts Board office is currently closed due to the coronavirus pandemic and we have moved all grant application reviews to remote participation.
