London-born Rupert Wates has called the US home since 2006, gigging cross-country and writing about us. His songs range from the historical to the topical to the personal, and recently he has been spending some pandemic time working on classical pieces as, he writes, “a means of broadening my musicianship.” This could prove to be a very interesting show.
