The purpose of the Trail Mix Juried Exhibit is to support an effort to get local communities involved in participating in an effort to reduce global warming. A juried exhibit provides a space for a variety of artists to express their interpretation of what the beauty of nature is through art work.

Up to 30 pieces will be on exhibit at the Whit Gallery running from November 11 – December 10, 2022. 10 pieces will be on exhibit at the Good Earth Coop Gallery from November 11 – January 1, 2023. Artists are invited to submit up to 3 pieces through an online submission form, with a $25 fee that will be donated to one of 3 environmental organizations: The Minnesota Land Trust, Honor the Earth Water Protectors, and Defenders of Wildlife.

The focus of the Trail Mix Art Show is not only to provide an opportunity for local and surrounding community artists to present their work but also an opportunity for the community to participate in an event that honors the Earth and focuses on environmental issues through art, music and poetry.

Exhibit Reception : November 11, 6-9pm
Decision for acceptance by October 28.
