In response to Ann’s project, Prayers for a Feverish Planet, composers in more than 35 countries sent more than 170 new and recently composed music about the climate crisis. She selected more than 60 pieces for piano by composers on six continents on the themes of water, grief/anxiety, shadows and light, time, human “progress,” trees, hope, and more. Ann selected works for the whole family to enjoy for our Family Concert. Admission is free. Masks are recommended. Seating is limited.

Pianist Ann DuHamel’s performances have been praised as poetic and “… a delight for the ears and the soul,” and she has been hailed as a “forward thinking classical pianist.” Ann has performed in 17 countries and is in demand as a collaborative pianist with chamber musicians and soloists. Ann is Associate Professor of Music at the University of Minnesota Morris.
