Come enjoy an hour and a half of exploring a dance style that focuses on the natural movement of the human form. Beginners Belly Dance Class is a fun, easy, and body-positive movement dance style. Class will focus on low impact standing and traveling hip movements, isolations, level changes, and beautiful undulations. This beginners class is for all shapes and all genders.

Class is $10 each, or $35 for unlimited monthly membership to all classes at the Rainbow Wellness Collective.
