Come enjoy the classic and beautiful art styles of belly dance but in a seated position. Belly dance is an art form that welcomes natural movement of bodies in dance while having fun. Class will focus on seated hip movement, upper body isolations, and beautiful undulations. This dance class will use movement chairs that are available in the space or one may use a yoga mat. Class is for all shapes, all genders, and accessible friendly.
