Burlesque is a timeless form of art and dance that puts emphasis on the TEASE in stripTEASE! This six-week class will cover a brief history of burlesque and a series of classic burlesque moves in combination with the basics of peeling(costume removal), leading to part one of a complete burlesque routine!
Students will have the opportunity to learn part two of the complete routine and perform in a student showcase in the Fall!

**This is a beginner level class so NO experience is required! Students should wear comfortable clothing and bring a pair of heels!**

Taught by burlesque performer, sideshow artist, and producer Scarlette Revolver. Revolver has performed throughout the Midwest for the past three years with a number of recognized productions including Black Hearts Burlesque, Minneapolis Burlesque Festival, Twin Cities Top Drawer Burlesque Festival, and many more! She is also the founder and producer of Carnivale Revolver, Saint Cloud’s premier burleqsue-sideshow revue, which is currently in its third season.
