Gallery St Germain (St Cloud, MN) announces call for entries for solo and group exhibitions for September 2014 – Spring 2015. Open to all MN residents working in any 2D/ 3D media. Gallery St. Germain is located in the Regency Plaza in downtown St Cloud It is managed by the Paramount Theatre and Visual Arts Center. The Gallery is supported by the McKnight Foundation. “Gallery St Germain” features Minnesota artists who demonstrate a high level of professional achievement.

Portfolio Review Submission Deadline: May 30, 2014
ENTRY PROCEDURE: Entries must be submitted online no later than midnight of the application date. Late applications will not be considered. All below written materials should be composed in Word, and images should be saved as jpegs, then attached in a email to mgohman@paramountarts.org The email subject line should read Portfolio, then your first and last name (example: Portfolio, John Doe)

Required Materials: Artist Statement, brief – Save with your first initial, last name, -Statement (Example: JDoe-Statement.doc)
Resume, (no more than 1 page) – Save with your first initial, last name, -Statement (Example: JDoe-Resume.doc)
Five images of works completed within the past five years. Save images as JPEG files, 72dpi in size, longest dimension less than 2000 pixels. Save images with your first initial, last name, and image number as it appears on your corresponding image list (Example: JDoe01.jpg). Image list. Title of work, medium, dimensions (L” x W” x H”), date of completion, price of piece if for sale. For installations and performance works, please list a short description of the wall, floor, ceiling space required as well as the tools, outlets, etc. required for the display of your piece(s). Save with your first initial, last name, -List (Example: JDoe-List.doc)
ACCEPTANCE: Artists will be notified within six weeks of submission
SALES: Work does not have to be for sale. Sale prices are determined by the artist. 60% of sale price goes to artist, 40% to Gallery St Germain. All work must be the property of the artist to be available for sale.
INSURANCE: Gallery St Germain does not provide insurance for artwork though great care will be taken in handling your work. Gallery St Germain recommends that artwork be insured by the artist, as the artist bears the full responsibility for loss and damage to art while in transit. Gallery St Germain retains the right to decide which work is included in exhibitions.
IMAGE USE: Upon acceptance, selected artists grant Gallery St Germain rights to use the selected image(s) on printed materials and the gallery web site for promotional purposes only.
