Summertime by George! is a free concert and festival put on by the Rotary Club of St. Cloud at the newly renovated Lake George! The area will be transformed into a fun and active place every Wednesday with free live music from local and regional bands, local vendors, artisans, and a kid’s zone for the entire family to enjoy!

Stephanie Varone is the name behind a new voice that people are starting to notice in a big way. Originally from Kansas City, Stephanie is currently working in the hotbed of Minneapolis’ vibrant music scene, combining her earthy old school roots with a love of classic pop songwriting. The influences of artists like Sheryl Crow, Faith Hill, Carole King and even early Paul Rodgers (Bad Co.) can be heard in the soulful delivery of Stephanie’s powerful original songs. Her live performances are full of energy and inspiration whether she’s belting it out in a roadhouse, singing the national anthem in a jam packed stadium, or thrilling audiences at the Grand Ole Opry. Stephanie has worked extensively in Nashville studios doing session work and appearing on several national radio and television shows. The next step for Stephanie Varone is her first collection of original material produced by Michael Bland and Tommy Barbarella, who both gained international notoriety as the drummer and keyboardist, respectively, for Prince’s core band through the 1990’s. Also collaborating is award-winning songwriter Kevin Bowe (Jonny Lang, Etta James.) Listen once to these songs and you’ll hear what’s inspiring everyone to jump on Stephanie Varone’s bandwagon.
