PERSONAL LANDMARKS: imagery that describes a rural aesthetic by Kari Weber

Presented by Paramount Center for the Arts at Paramount Visual Arts Center

Kari CL Weber is a painter who uses the empty landscapes of the northern plains as inspiration for her works presented as Personal Landmarks. These landscape paintings represent places that have a direct link to Kari’s rural history and identify larger ideas like strength, loneliness, and family heritage.

The collection is both a personalinterpretation and a shared understanding of where we live.
