What is stage combat?
Stage combat is a specialized technique in theater designed to create the illusion of physical combat without causing harm to the performer. The emphasis of this class is on the development of technique, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and the fundamental techniques needed to protect the actor when engaged in dramatic physical encounters on stage.

What is an acting and monologue workshop?
This class is for the young actor who wants to audition for an upcoming show but doesn’t know where to begin. Students will learn how to find an age-appropriate monologue, how to prepare, go through a mock audition and have the opportunity to ask questions. Students will leave with an audition packet full of important material – a great resource for this and future auditions.
