Join Lucille for an 8-week beginning ballet workshop, suitable for brand new dancers as well as more experienced ones. Students who attend at least 6 of the sessions are eligible to perform in the 2017 Summer Revolver Showcase. The class will include ballet fundamentals at the barre and in the center. A Tango style ballet piece will be set on those who wish to perform. Even if you do not intend to perform all students are welcome to learn the dance.
Classes will be held Monday from 4:30-6:00pm on June 19, 26, July 10, 17, 24, 31, Aug 7 and 14.
Drop-ins will also be welcome to attend, however, they will not be eligible to perform.
**Wear comfortable clothing you can move in easily. Either soft ballet slippers, socks, bare feet or jazz shoes.
