Peter Mayer is a songwriter’s songwriter (see comments by David Wilcox and Janis Ian below), a serious guy (“Holy Now”) who is also pretty funny (“Driving with My Knee”), and a bunch of click-stops in between (“Dr. Seuss,” “Ordinary Day,” “Brand New Harley”). We’ll have a whole evening to see how much of his range he can cover.
