These five dedicated professional musicians have been performing as a quintet for the past 10 years. Every kind of music you can imagine is a part of their repertoire. They have performed in parks, churches, weddings, community events, holiday events and formal concerts with a repertoire that includes jazz, folk, religious, patriotic, opera, classical and American music theatre.

GCB has produced two CDs. “Music in the Park” and “A Granite City Christmas”. They are available on request.

The members of the Granite City Brass Quintet all reside close to the Mississippi River. All of the members are currently or have been performers with the St. Cloud Symphony Orchestra and all have degrees in music or music education. They perform in other musical organizations such as the Lake Wobegon®Brass Band, Minnesota Centre Chorale Orchestra, Amadeus Chamber Symphony, local and Minneapolis jazz and community bands and a variety of other professional organizations. All have private, school or university teaching experience in music.
