A stained-glass panel that is illuminated at night designed by artist Mary Ellen Gutkenetch with the library’s message of ‘A Love of Reading’ is a permanent installation next to the West entrance of the Buffalo Library in Buffalo, MN. The Friends of the Buffalo Library received a FY23 Public Art Grant from the Central MN Arts Board along with donations Buffalo Lions Club, Buffalo Rotary and from local businesses.
