A spectacle of the north…. Come join in by creating/wearing anything that glows…from articulating creatures to glow sticks and lanterns…Some people enjoy watching the parade. Many enjoy walking in it.
Parade, Ice Art, Art Sled Rally, Food, Drink, Fires. All are welcome to wear/make something glowing and walk in the parade or compete in the cardboard art sled rally!
The parade route starts at the Monticello Community Center at 7pm on Saturday, February 25th. Come one, come all!
