This event will feature CMYO’s advanced orchestra, the Encore ensemble. Central Minnesota Youth Orchestra (CMYO) has prepared students for a concert that will perform musical works inspired by nature from distant lands.
This Spring’s theme, CREATION: LANDS BEYOND, will be related to sounds of nature or the composer’s interpretation of the sensation of nature’s environment.
Concertgoers will experience sounds of Hebrides from Scotland from the composer’s interpretation of the sensation of a place in a natural environment.
