Dance Movement

A foundational dance class for adults celebrating body-positive movement. This class will welcome one into the most beginner dance movements. The key areas of attention will include posture, balance, traveling steps, and a break down for fluid motion. This class is good for non-dancers and dancers alike. Each week will maintain attention on core dance comprehension and end with some fun dance combos.

$10 each or $35 monthly unlimited membership for ALL classes at the Rainbow Wellness Collective.
