The Millstream Arts Festival and Fine Arts Programming team up to honor the 2013 Best in Show winner, Lisa Hinkemeyer. This local Foley artist creates unique two-dimensional fabric images in both large and small scale. Her whimsical use of pattern and color combined with paint and textiles produces surprising quilted results.
There will be a reception with Lisa Hinkemeyer Thursday, July 17th from 4:30-6:30 pm.
