Kids will learn and make two pottery pieces: a slab push plate and a coil or pinch pot (their choice).

Participants will learn:

The difference between pottery build techniques: coil, slab, and pinch pots.

How to apply textures to clay.

Wedging and slab roller workstation safety, proper operation, and cleanup.

How to choose colors for glazing.

Glazing techniques.

Date: Friday, March 22nd and 29th (both dates needed to complete the projects)
