Public Art Request for Proposals

The city of Elk RIver is issuing a Request for Proposals for public art based on the city’s brand "Powered by Nature."

Registrations will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on September 8, 2014.
Proposals from registered artists will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on November 6, 2014.
