Neapolitan Style Pizzas, Salads & Adult Beverages may be purchased inside The Lone Tree Lounge. We do accept credit cards for this event. Outside food or beverages are NOT allowed
Pizzas are available for order until 8PM or while supplies last- they’re that good! If you are in a hurry, plan to arrive early and place your order immediately upon arrival. Pizza wait times can be greater than one-hour during peak times.
Our 11” personal sized pizzas are made fresh with hand tossed crust and local ingredients and are meant to enjoy onsite without the need for silverware and pizza boxes. We will text you when your pizza is ready. When your pizza is ready, please pick it up at the pizza counter near the outdoor brick pizza oven as soon as possible.
We have up to 5 Pizzas on our menu, along with a gluten free crust (not gluten free cooking environment), weekly chef’s creation, salads and a weekly signature cocktail. We have added a sandwich and appetizer option. We offer a signature dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth or to add to your special celebration.
RELAX- We have a large selection of outdoor tables, chairs & benches located on the patio for you to enjoy. We have several large wooden tables for larger groups while the smaller metal tables work well for groups sizes 4 and under. Feel free to enhance your experience by bringing your own blanket or lawn chairs (think picnic). Additional tables & chairs are located inside the atrium storage closet / barn and are available for you to use, but please return them to their original location before you leave for the evening. Our self-service style was designed with relaxation in mind.
Parking is limited to the 150 spaces on our property. No parking on County Road 133 is allowed. We encourage car-pooling. The top paved parking spaces are reserved for guests with mobility issues or motorcycles. Please move cones as needed to park but promptly move them back after parking or leaving to help us avoid congestion.
At this time, there’s no cover charge for the Wood-Fired Wednesdays. We kindly request you help support our event by purchasing food & beverage during your visit with us.
Rolling Ridge is located at 31101 Stearns County Road 133, St. Joseph (no pets please).
